First, he was right on time, which seems to be very rare these days with most companies. He was clean, respectful to and my family and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. To the owner(s) of Chem-Dry of Nashville... I have to say you have a fine employee who represents you very well! He is most definitely one to keep. I liked the email that was send before the technician came which included his picture so I would know who to look for.
