This was my first experience with Chem-Dry and it was fantastic! Jenna, the Office Manager, was extremely helpful in discussing the many services provided by Chem-Dry. She was very thorough and professional. My technician, Luther, was just amazing! He was right on time, very pleasant to talk with both about the job he was doing as well as just a great guy. Our Oriental rugs look like new and our NASTY shower tile looks like new! Thank you, Luther!

Luther arrived on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He provided me with options and explained them well. The area rugs (wool) and synthetic cleaned up well and were dry within 2 hours.
